00 per hour Summary Under the supervision of the Administrator / Transportation Coordinator:
Provides safe and timely transportation of residents and tenants
Transports individuals with physical disabilities / wheelchairs and assists these individuals safely in and out of the vehicle and to and from the off-site destination location(s)
Receives and delivers confidential information / communications between the care center and community providers
Represents and promotes the care center in a positive manner throughout the community and to other health care practitioners Qualifications / Requirements
Must have a current, valid Iowa driver's license of the appropriate classification and with the required endorsements (passenger) for the vehicle to be driven (Class D / Chauffeur's License or Class C / Commercial License)
Must pass a motor vehicle record check
Must have and maintain an unrestricted license and driving record free of serious violations
Excellent customer service and time management skills
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred
